I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Austin, Texas specializing in treating PTSD, Emotion Dysregulation, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, and Borderline Personality.

I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas in 2015 and worked with Ascension Seton's Intensive Outpatient Program serving both adolescents with their parents and adults using Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I was also a lead clinician for the Restore and Veteran Restore IOP groups for 4 years using Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am a rostered CPT clinician, have extensive training in DBT, and am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD (CBCT). I often utilize DBT skills within the evidence-based trauma modalities to not only assist people in their healing from trauma, but give them tools to better self-regulate and develop effective coping mechanisms. While I am trained in CPT, DBT, EMDR, and CBCT, I pull from other therapeutic modalities as needed. We will work together to determine the best approach and pacing for you as an individual.
